Business Intelligence Analyst                                                                                   Boston


Position Responsibilities

· Create and maintain advanced business intelligence analysis models, SQL Server databases, and comprehensive documentation libraries to provide a structured foundation for data-driven operations and system tools.

· Develop and manage end-to-end BI project roadmaps and milestones while utilizing Excel and SQL to perform multi-dimensional data mining across industry, competitor, and macroeconomic sectors to improve sales performance.

· Execute complex data queries and analytical methods to synthesize internal and external data insights, generating comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations based on financial and market trend analysis.

· Design and update interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations in Tableau and Excel to enhance the visibility of key performance metrics while representing the company in negotiations to establish new client relationships.


Qualifications

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Analytics or a related field of study

SQL Server for data architecture, Python for ETL and machine learning (Gradient Boosting, K-Means clustering), Tableau for dashboards, and Excel for client-facing reports. Our database schema covers 10 entities with 50+ constraints and 5-layer data validation.


We score every product using a weighted composite of GMV velocity, creator network size, category concentration (HHI), price positioning, and growth trajectory. Products scoring above 0.85 are flagged as priority sourcing targets — typically in the $5–$15 impulse price range with 50–200 affiliated creators.
